Mamma your toes are like turkey's, hohoho!...Bye Baba have fun in office, don't cry...Finish your food Nani no wasting, okay... you look very cute in this dress, Mamma...I have a baby girl in my tummy(!)...Ms.Andy wore black nail-paint today *blush*... This xyz is very yummy, make it at home Mamma.....and it goes on.
There is a slight difference though. All this happens in Hindi, this 3 years old American speaks
shudh UPwaali hindi at home. And well I don't remember how and if life existed before birth of my chatter box!

Yippeeeeeee, Party to celebrate Shreyu's day care chutti for a week and his Mamma's break between jobs. I have only one agenda this week: To be away from electronic gadgets as much as possible (except blogging hehe!) and catch up with life. To that
chota added, play and eat junk all day. O yeah baby, its a party!! As I am penning this, I am also munching a blueberry muffin and eying on
that half-full nankhatai dabba...slurp!
Today once again, my drilling m/c was out and this time our bedroom walls were shaking with fear. Last time when I had held my weapon,
living room was transformed into this.
Reading corner: This little guy never really played with stuffed animals so I stacked all his soft toys in a corner. He likes that big dog and calls him 'Dungy'. Well, I have no intentions of getting him a pet, so Mister be happy with your Dungy!
Book rack is an old ikea TV stand, we didn't give/throw because of our sheer laziness. The mattress is Shreyu's old crib mattress that he never really slept on and at that time was costlier than our mattress. This country surely knows, how to rip off new parents!

Yep, Our bed is his playground. Despite of my countless efforts, our bedsheet never remains crease free. But who cares, I am not very 'prim and proper', anyways ;)

My fascination with Buddha and Buddhism is still continuing. Tomorrow, I am planning to get few small bamboo plants to keep him company. Book you see is, "First and last Freedom by J. Krishnamurti".

And this is how we spent first day of our break. Will come again tomorrow with updates on the day. Till then,
Stay cool!
